Arizona Sky: 4.7% American Red Ale, hopped with Cascade & Amarillo.
Red like the Arizona sky at sunset. Beautifully tempered beer, orange citrus and a great grapefruit hit. A real balanced sweetness in the mouth and a tad of bitterness on the aftertaste. This is one for real beer drinkers.
Penny Arcade: 4.3% Blonde, hopped with Eagle & Cascade.
Eagle is part of Styrian hop family. Which brings the noble classic flavours associated with it alongside the stand out citrus notes of cascade.
I’m On Fire: 4.0% Pale Ale, hopped with Southern cross & Simcoe.
When a friend gets married and their song is I’m On Fire, we couldn’t resist the challenge to come up with a great beer. Lovely fruit filled complex cracker.
Never A Dull Moment: 3.8% Blonde, hopped with El Dorado & Citra.
A classic summer pairing, the freshness of citra and the wonderful tropical notes of el dorado make this a brilliant beer garden beauty.
Super Fly: 4.1% Pale Ale, hopped with Superdelic.
We’ve let superdelic fly alone here, and it’s not called superfly for no reason. Red fruit and candy flavours with fabulous aromeas of mango and raspberry, then that little citrus kick. Divine.
Sledgehammer: 5.5% IPA, hopped with Chinook & Superdelic.
When you get the need for a hop smash, you make a beer like this. All American big hitting flavours. Green gooseberry and all that’s tropical come together to make this a memorable IPA. You may need a snooze after a couple of these.
