Don’t Stop The Music: 3.8% Blonde, hopped with Calypso.
The dance here must be the Calypso. Apples , pears, stone fruits, a complex but flavoursome little blonde.
Forever Young: 4.3% Pale ale, hopped with Cluster & Nectaron.
Ripe peaches and great tropical notes, blending so well with the rich earthy tones of the cluster. Full flavoured beauty.
Angel Of Mercy: 4.1% Pale ale, hopped with Citra & Pink.
Well she looks like an angel of mercy to me. We all know where we are with Citra, Pink is a relatively new hop and has herby freshness, cannot wait.
Aftermath: 5.2% IPA, hopped with Vic secret & Topaz.
If you’re going to do a classic IPA, do it with amazing hops. Here we have two absolute blinders. My very favourite Vic Secret, pineapple pine, passion fruit the add Topaz and it brings fabulous berry flavours, savour this one.

Ride The Wave: 4.2% Blonde, hopped with Summit.
Summit is renowned for its citrus and herbal notes, and the abound in here. Just a great fresh , crisp blonde beer.
Don’t Stop Believin: 3.9% Blonde, hopped with Ernest & Jester.
We will never stop! A lovely combination of hops, Ernest (apricot, peach, subtle floral notes) and Jester (grapefruit, blackcurrant and gentle tropical fruit) creating a crisp, lightly fruity blonde.
