Babylon’s Burning: 3.4% Pale ale, hopped with Fuggles & Dragon.
The name maybe dramatic, but the hops create a smooth, balanced pale with mellow bitterness, a hint of fruity brightness, and a clean, easy-drinking finish.
Sign Of The Times: 4.0% Pale ale, hopped with Cascade & Northern Brewer.
Citrus and stone fruits given a little touch of bitterness in this combination. A fuller bodied pale that will send you back for more.
Don’t Stop The Music: 3.8% Blonde, hopped with Calypso.
The dance here must be the Calypso. Apples , pears, stone fruits, a complex but flavoursome little blonde.
