Storm Corrosion: 4.7% Stout, hopped with Phoenix.
Coffee, caramel, chocolate and a little burnt edge makes for a deep complex , dark beauty. Sit back and enjoy.
Shiny Happy People: 3.7% Pale ale, hopped with Galaxy & HBC 522.
Take a classic hop give it to a great brewer and let them work their magic. A trial hop alongside the Galaxy has worked unbelievably well here. Hats off to the brewer.
Mr Fantasy: 3.7% Pale ale, hopped with Idaho 7 & Azacca.
Think of tropical flavours and you’ll find them in here. Good pales can be very good, and this is one of those.
Perfect Circle: 4.0% Blonde, hopped with Columbus & Centennial.
We talk a lot about hops in pales, and they are vital, but without the base of great malt it wouldn’t mean much. Fabulous pale and crystal malt, topped with stunning hops and you have a great beer.
American Trilogy: 5.2% American IPA, hopped with Centennial, Cascade & Chinook.
A classic American trio of hops. A full on IPA with all the huge hits that American hops bring.
Top Of The World: 3.8% Pale ale, hopped with Nelson Sauvin.
One of the great New Zealand hops. White grape, fresh gooseberry and a little tropical hint. Sometimes less is more.
