Brewery Tour Terms and Conditions

The brewery is a working brewery, so please be mindful of your surroundings at all times. To keep everyone safe and ensure you have the best experience, please be aware of our house rules:

• You must be at least 18 years old to take part in a brewery tour; strictly no children are allowed. ID may be required.
• Closed-toe footwear must be worn to be accepted onto the tour (no sandals or high heels).
• Anyone we deem to be intoxicated will be refused entry to the tour. In this case, no refunds will be given.
• If you cause, or if we deem you could potentially cause, a safety hazard during the tour, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
• Any verbal abuse, harassment, or violence towards Wensleydale Brewery staff or other customers is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
• No-shows and rescheduling: No refunds will be given for no-shows. However, if you contact us in advance with reasonable notice, we will reschedule your booking to another available date.
